📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine and offshore industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and other sales materials to potential clients.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that our products and services meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marine engineering, offshore technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marine and offshore industry.
• Strong knowledge of the marine and offshore industry, including relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
