📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate the import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Work closely with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth import operations.
- Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate import records and reports.
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the import process.
- Maintain compliance with import regulations and customs laws.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties and taxes.
- Provide administrative support to the import team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
