📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
• Support the HR team in managing employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
• Contribute to talent development programs by assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and workshops.
• Help analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
• Assist in the coordination of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of employee onboarding and offboarding programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in Human Capital and People Management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
