📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of mineral extraction, processing, and operations to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and improve safety standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and supervisors to ensure high performance and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operations and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Represent PT Timah Tbk at industry conferences and events to promote the company's operations and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mineral operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Certified Professional in Mining (CPM) or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
