📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of innovators, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of innovation by driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive regional growth.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the center remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Represent the National Innovation Agency of Indonesia at regional and national events.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the center's visibility and impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation management, project leadership, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing innovative projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of innovation methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Agile.
