As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of shipyard projects. You will work closely with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Utilizing tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6, you will manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the construction and maintenance of shipyard projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and train junior staff to ensure continuous improvement of project management practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the shipbuilding industry.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CM) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with project management software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards in Bali, Indonesia.
