📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct process analysis and improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze production data using advanced software tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related role.
Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools such as SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
Ability to travel as required, including international travel.
