📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition for rental by conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Manage the fleet by tracking vehicle locations, fuel levels, and maintenance schedules using our proprietary software.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.
• Assist in the organization and execution of vehicle deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with rental agreements and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role in the automotive or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software such as Geotab or Fleetio.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
