📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and calibration.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of supplies and materials.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
• Provide training and support to laboratory staff, including new hires and technicians.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of laboratory facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with laboratory managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, software, and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
