📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Process and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Assist in the maintenance of financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and organization of financial documents.
Participate in the preparation of financial projections and budgets, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, and apply this knowledge to support the finance team's objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably from a reputable institution.
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong focus on bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies in the finance industry.
