📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies for public and private sector clients.
• Manage a team of digital transformation experts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and implement solutions using Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Azure.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, integrating new tools and methodologies into our digital transformation framework.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Digital Transformation Center.
• Represent PT Digital Bangka Belitung at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the digital transformation space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Certifications in digital transformation, cloud computing, or relevant technologies are a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Azure is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI, and other emerging technologies is a plus.
