Database Officer

You'll also be responsible for data backup and recovery, performance tuning, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Perform database backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries to improve efficiency.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective database designs.
• Document database structures, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on database-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest database technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration and management.
• Certifications in SQL Server or Oracle (e.g., MCSE: Data Platform and Administration, Oracle Database Administrator) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin or PowerDesigner.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like T-SQL or PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
