PT Prima Berkah Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Supervisor to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to take on a leadership role in the tax department, overseeing a team of tax consultants, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax projects, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings. You will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to tax matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the tax department, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct tax audits and investigations, and prepare responses to tax authorities.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to tax matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and management.
  • Certified Tax Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
