PT. Golden Surya Mandiri is seeking a Strategic Marketing Supervisor with proficiency in Mandarin to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Krian, East Java, with a competitive salary package of IDR 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and supervise marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet the desired objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in strategic marketing.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
