As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
