📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the dispatching of service technicians to job sites, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.,Develop and maintain an effective scheduling system to optimize technician routes and minimize travel time.,Monitor and track service requests, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Analyze and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or operations sector.,Strong knowledge of dispatching and scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
