📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training needs are met and that employees are equipped with the necessary skills.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas where employees require additional training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
