📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
