📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the organization's mission and goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other financial partners.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and other required reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a non-profit or international organization.,Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.,Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Experience working in Bali or a similar international environment is a plus.
