📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the specific requirements of each position.,Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and sourcing talent through various channels.,Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers to help them make informed decisions.,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid HR license is a plus.
