📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects.,Monitor project costs and ensure they are within budget.,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings.,Prepare reports and presentations for management.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are implemented.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management.,Provide support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.,Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
