📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Provide support to the operations manager in achieving departmental targets.,Conduct regular operational audits to ensure adherence to standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with operational software and tools is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
