Bumi Property Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Manado, Sulawesi Utara. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 5.500.000 per month.

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management and a proven track record of success in a similar position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management division.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of property managers and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
