📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and treatments.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs to stay updated on best practices in nursing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification as required by the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
