📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily shop operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.,Lead and supervise a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop new shop assistants to ensure they meet the required standards and contribute effectively to the team.,Monitor shop performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales and revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or shop environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales and customer service best practices.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
