📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to HR metrics and KPIs.,Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees at all levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills are required.
