📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and policy development.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
