CV Visi Bintang is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Serang, Banten. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
