VERTEX Lestari is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our business and requires someone who is detail-oriented and can work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle usage and maintenance.,Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities and inspections.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Manage and maintain the fleet management software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
