As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.,Support the Procurement Manager in preparing and presenting procurement reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
