📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.,Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and vendors.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve distribution issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze distribution reports to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
