📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees.
• Conduct security awareness campaigns to educate employees on best practices and emerging threats.
• Measure the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with banking clients to understand their unique security needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies.
• Implement and manage security awareness tools such as KnowBe4, PhishMe, and Security Awareness Training.
• Lead security awareness projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status and progress of security awareness initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering security awareness training programs.
• Strong knowledge of security awareness tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
