📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain our point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling refunds and exchanges.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Manage cash drawer and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, preferably with experience using systems like QuickBooks or similar.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
