📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our real estate portfolio.
• Source and secure new landlords and property management agreements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential partners and clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and potential investors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our properties and attract new clients.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our business development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, real estate, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
