📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior IT project managers in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects
• Use project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana to track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met
• Monitor project budgets and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Support in the preparation of project documentation and reports
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project timelines and deliverables
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT project management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development projects
• Certifications in IT project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are a plus
• Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana
